Stopping and Restarting Repeat Medication

1. From the Patient Summary screen select the Medication heading.
2. Select a drug to display the summary
3. Select the Options button and choose Stop.



4. The Stop Repeat screen displays.
   Select the triangle to display Reasons for Stopping.
   

   

5. Tap the reason for stopping.
6. Enter any notes in the Notes box and choose Stop Now.
   

   

7. The medication is now in the Inactive Medication screen and can be restarted by selecting the Options button.
